thetribalcommunity.com is operated by The Tribal Community, a free informational and loan connection resource. We are not a lender, broker, or bank, make no credit decisions, and charge consumers nothing.

2. Tribal Lenders & Governing Law

Requests may be forwarded to lenders owned by federally recognized tribes that operate under tribal law. Loan agreements with such lenders are governed by that tribal law and the lender's terms — sovereign immunity may limit state-law claims and remedies. Read every agreement; it names the governing jurisdiction.

3. Product Realities

Tribal installment APRs commonly range from 200% to 700%+ and vary by lender, amount, term, and applicant. Completing a request does not guarantee approval, amounts, or terms. Short-term credit is expensive and intended for temporary emergency needs only.

• 18 or older, US citizen or permanent resident
• Verifiable recurring income
• Active checking account, working phone and email
